Echinoderms share common characteristics, such as, radial symmetry, internal skeletal plates, and tube feet. They also have an internal water vascular system. In this project each group will study a specific animal in the echinoderm family. Each group is responsible for teaching the class about the life history, including reproduction, feeding, habitat preference, and the internal mechanisms of this animal. The first step of the project is to create a power point that you will present to the class to teach them about your animal. · Feeding · Reproduction · Habitat preference · Growth · Internal mechanisms · Describe water vascular system
The second step is to dissect your animal and identify outer and inner mechanisms, label and show them to the class. (We will do this on Friday)
